Super simple: throw everything in the blender, run blender for a bit of time, like 5 minutes at least. Taste, and adjust ingredients to get better flavour and texture: more oil makes it smoother, more salt makes more salty and flavoury, more chick peas makes less smooth and less runny and more tahini makes more earthy sesamy flavour.

Can be modded to have more flavours, I suppose the most standard is to have at least garlic, chilies and coriander or cilantro to taste. Garlic becomes very garlicky, so add little by little. Carrot can add sweetness, but it also is magical texture altering ingredient.

Some professional / authentic recipes say to prep chic peas by blanching and peeling and so forth, it makes it smoother yeah but not worth the effort for weekly meal prep.
