Flammie reviews: Daebak Ghost Pepper Spicy Chicken Flavour
Daebak Ghost Pepper noodle cup is one of their main sellers, at least it’s most popularly available here in Europe, and it is a quite good strongly spiced noodle cup. Noodles are kind of black noodles with a bit of bite to them even after longer soakage, which works very well in cup noodles. The spiciness has the typical build up of a ghost pepper which I enjoy, but the flavouur is a bit muted, probably due to main ingredient of chili oil being capsaicin extract instead of ghost pepper extract. There is no real chicken flavour left that I can distinguish, so this cup is best if you just want spicy spicy, which I quite often do.
